Concentrating on your goals.
Concentrating on your goals is a lot like having a relationship with a woman. If you love her, devote to her, never cheat on her, and stay loyal to her it will be a beautiful thing. If you aren’t persistent, and you’re not focused, you will lose sight on what you want, ultimately setting you back from completing your goal. So stay loyal, and focused on your goals, and you can do anything you put your mind to.

Drink Water!

Water makes up 60 percent of a persons body weight. Water intake comes through food digestion, and of course beverage consumption. On a daily average, you should be taking in between two, and three liters to balance out water loss. If you’re needing rapid rehydration for excessive dehydration you can drink 1.5 liters of fluid per hour until your body is replenished.Â

Todays workout – Chest Day!

  I worked out on chest today with 2 clients. I felt so weak! We started it out with bench press on the seated machine, and got all the way up to 275. I was pretty warmed up after that. We followed that exercise with the following:Â
Incline Bench Press, Dumbell Flys, Dumbell Pullovers, then decline press. In between each set, i held my hands and squeezed each part of my chest, from lower to upper. My chest is already feeling it. I just had my post workout meal, and my shake.Â
