Did the 11X10 meter sprint test for the Army German proficiency badge. I would have had the best time, but my legs locked out and I fell and busted the shit out of my knee. I was in tunnel vision the whole time, eyes on the prize focused on reaching the gold standard. As soon as my legs locked out, my fall was slow motion. I hit the floor, and what do you think I did after that? I got up, and finished what I started, and still got a good time. The point of this story is life is going to knock you down with hardships, and struggles. The question I want to ask you is, are you going to just lay there and feel sorry for yourself, or are you going to keep going until you get what you want?

You are in charge of your own success in life. If it is your goal to lose bodyfat, and get into a healthy lifestyle, that is all on you. You’re not going to wish your way to accomplishing what you want. It is going to take dedication and willingness to get into the habit of a healthier lifestyle.
If you’re hanging out with people who want to eat McDonalds, and party all the time, you don’t want it. You are who you associate yourself with.
Just imagine yourself laying there in the hospital bed, and thinking about “Why did I have a heart attack?” Then you start having flashbacks of all the bullshit you’ve put your body through probably thinking how easy it could have been just to watch what you eat, and get a little time in the gym. If you’ve already been going, keep going. Get off your ass, get motivated, and conquer your goals. It’s not going to be easy, because we would be fit America if that were the case.
