It Starts With Yourself

We all have our great imaginations that bring us ideas, that sometimes turn into goals, which then should turn into plans, and execution of those plans. I work amongst some solid people in the army, and i’m finding out that its the small details that’s stopping them from even pursuing their goals and making them into a reality.

When it comes to being physically fit, and being above the standard in the military. You have to constantly sacrifice to achieve. What i mean by this:

1.) You need to create a small block of time out of your day to make this happen.

2.) Create a training plan in conjunction with your goals. “If you want to max, push-ups, and situps, you should have a written plan.”

3.) If you know you’re going to be over weight, start following a solid meal plan. “Do research, talk to someone with experience.”

4.) Write everything on paper to follow, and scratch off as each training day gets finished.

5.) GET UP, TAKE ACTION ON WHAT YOU WANT.

It really isn’t hard. I constantly hear excuses from people such as, “I don’t know where to start, trainers cost too much, I don’t have time, ect…” The truth is all this is a mind over matter experience. If you know what you really want, and you don’t mind the hard training to get to your the goal, then it does not matter.
