Concentrating on your goals is a lot like having a relationship with a woman. If you love her, devote to her, never cheat on her, and stay loyal to her it will be a beautiful thing. If you aren’t persistent, and you’re not focused, you will lose sight on what you want, ultimately setting you back from completing your goal. So stay loyal, and focused on your goals, and you can do anything you put your mind to.

Water makes up 60 percent of a persons body weight. Water intake comes through food digestion, and of course beverage consumption. On a daily average, you should be taking in between two, and three liters to balance out water loss. If you’re needing rapid rehydration for excessive dehydration you can drink 1.5 liters of fluid per hour until your body is replenished.Â
