Todays workout – Chest Day!

I worked out on chest today with 2 clients. I felt so weak! We started it out with bench press on the seated machine, and got all the way up to 275. I was pretty warmed up after that. We followed that exercise with the following:
Incline Bench Press, Dumbell Flys, Dumbell Pullovers, then decline press. In between each set, i held my hands and squeezed each part of my chest, from lower to upper. My chest is already feeling it. I just had my post workout meal, and my shake.

Now that the holidays are done, and over with. Its time to evaluate where we are physically, and figure out how much we would like to improve. Here’s 10 tips to improve your gym life this year.
Work on the weekends.
I have a total of 125 days left in this army, and I am very excited to get the hell out, and accomplish my goals. I was kind of hoping that we didnt have to work tomorrow, but EVERYONE is going in, “ONE TEAM, ONE FIGHT.” Its all good though. I cant complain its not too bad.
