Supplement Of The Month – APS MESOMORPH

MESOMORPH_rocketpopThis week i headed over to One Stop Nutrition, out here in Awhatukee, Arizona. I was checking out all the pre workout’s, and I decided to go with APS’s “Mesomorph” Ultimate Pre-workout Complex. This supplement was brought to my attention by a class mate i had military training with. Anyhow, the flavor is, “rocket-pop” which tastes just like a popsicle.

I go to take a scoop, and it probably took about 15-20 minutes to kick it. As soon as it kicked in , everything immediately became clear, and I was really urged to start my workout. In my workout, I’m noticing i had a phenominal pump compared to usual. I definetely stayed concentrated on my time between sets, and finishing each set.

So if i was to grade this supplement on a scale of 1-10, I’m going to have to go with a 9. It was one of those preworkouts, that really gets your shit going, and keeps you focused until the finish.

Get Up & Get After It!

I’ve been seeing many of posts via Facebook about how some of my friends are going to change, and start working out. Except i see them in pictures at the bar, or taking pictures of all types of junk food they’re eating. Im going to be the first to say, “You are full of shit.” The only way you’re going to change your body, and circumstance in your life is by taking action.

One good or bad thing that can make or break your goal is habit. The toughest part about getting back into shape is the first few weeks of getting used to a solid routine. You should be prepping your food, having a set time you go to the gym, and following a good workout plan. Once you take those first few weeks to fall into a great ritual. You will want to go everyday! Its already halfway though january, and i know some of you have’t did a single workout. Lets get after our goal, and get on to the next one.

New Beginning

It’s been a long, and tough 4 years for me, but have went through numerous positive learning experiences not many can say they have been through. I’ve made several friends, traveled to places I’ve never thought I’d ever be at. I’ve accomplished many goals this last few years, but it’s time to grind. A lot of people are scared to get out of the military. I AM NOT. I’m pretty confident that I will accomplish all of my goals. You can chase whatever dreams/ goals you want to. The only question I would like to ask you,
Is how bad do you want it?
